AIA extends its hands to help the fresh Alumni to architect their career path. Alumni can benefit from Career counseling and consultation by voluntary professionals and well-experienced senior Alumni, who will be able to guide them to achieve a proper and planned career path according to the interest of the Alumni.

Also, the Alumni will gain the opportunity to find a job in different organization, with the help of Alumni placed in those places.

Finds & Classmates

Registered Alumni would be able to find an old friend or classmate, who they would want to get connected to. The Alumni may find them by name through sign in.

Job & Fair

‘Job Fair’ arranged by AIA, IUB or any other organization will be available. Through the ‘Job Fairs’, especially the fresh graduates can get acquainted with the job market and Alumni will be able to join these fairs gain benefit from them.

Corporate & Grooming

It is immensely important for IUBians to pose a proper grooming to face the rest of the world, to prove to be one of the best! AIA extends the opportunity to all Alumni to groom them according to their required area to fit in the corporate or any other job sector.

Trainings and Workshops will be conducted on the following topics:

General and Workplace grooming, includes

Spoken language grooming, (Bangla & English)
CV writing, application writing,
Composing official emails,
Official etiquette, etc. and
Other necessary professional grooming

Connecting & School

AIA creates an opportunity for the Alumni to connect with their own Graduating schools, as well as the current students. By creating this connection, the Alumni will gain mileage with their graduating school and get acquainted with current students.

AIA will facilitate to arrange regular ‘Talk Sessions’ involving senior Alumni and other professionals to share their success stories, give their valuable advice to inspire and motivate the current students to have a clear vision to build their future.

Sourcing & Internship

AIA will support IUB students with sourcing internship in MNCs, Corporate Houses, Banks, NGOs, etc. as required and as per availability.

Alum Boutique

Souvenirs posing AIA and IUB can be availed through this . Alumni can glorify themselves by being an owner of one of the mementos from AIA. The Alumni would be able to order or buy any item/items through by logging in to their own accounts.
